Amelia joined us in 2020, having completed her academic qualifications whilst also volunteering in the medical support/care industry. She quickly found her feet as a medical administrator whilst also studying for additional qualifications in business and clinic administration. She particularly enjoys designing systems to smooth clinic processes and developing the IT side of the many areas that Focus is involved in, inlcluding remote working, remote educational contribution and business solutions.
